Here's a 1951 Royal Quiet Deluxe, which is also one of my favorite models. I was unaware that these were still even being made up into the 1950s, but a quick typewriter database seach with the serial number came out to 1951 for this machine. These older typewriters with glass keys are getting harder and harder to find, and I have to admit, if you like the old style look but also want a machine you can use frequently, then this is one of the best options. It definitely looks pre-war, although it turns out it's not! This machine works without any issues, and should work great for many years to come with proper care. This machine also comes with its original instructions manual.
