Up for sale is a Smith-Corona Silent-Super in a Desert Sand color which dates from 1955. This model was made in this color, blue, pink, and green. The Silent-Super was and continues to be one of the most popular typewriters. It looks great, and it types great as well. Luckily, this one is in near mint condition. If you're looking for a workhorse with a light and reliable typing action, then this is one of the best options. I would definitely recommend this typewriter for heavy and/or frequent use.
