Up for sale is a nice pink Smith-Corona Silent-Super which dates from 1957. This typewriter is in good working condition, however this typewriter would be a lot more valuable if it was in better cosmetic shape. There are a few white-out stains, and there is evidence of correction ribbon stains on the platen as well. I was hoping that most of the cosmetic issues would clean up with a good scrubbing and cleaning, but the paint still remains as it is. Otherwise, this is still a great Silent-Super which is in fully working order. It's easy and fun to use, and although the previous owner used it quite a lot, it can be used just as much to this day. I would definitely recommend this typewriter for heavy and/or frequent use.
