Up for sale is a beautiful Royal Quiet Deluxe which dates from 1947. This typewriter is in exceptional condition, and is fully functional. There are a few cosmetic flaws here and there, but for the most part, this typewriter could almost be considered to be in near mint condition. The typing action is very smooth and reliable, and despite this machine's age, it can still be used frequently. This model was and still continues to be a favorite among many writers. The lines on this typewriter are definitely classic and represent the '40s era well. Extras include the key for locking and of course unlocking the carrying case, and an original Royal brush which was made for cleaning the typebar heads. Overall, the case is in good condition.
