Up for sale is a Smith-Corona Sterling which dates from 1963. This typewriter may not be the prettiest, but it's one of the best workhorses. This typewriter is in great shape both cosmetically and mechanically. It's fully functional, and ready for some heavy use. The typing action is smooth, and this typewriter is very reliable. I often find that I can get a very high WPM on these machines when I'm typing with them, and this one can definitely keep up as long as you're accurate and don't accidentally hit two keys while you're trying to press one.
