Up for sale is a nice Smith-Corona Silent Super which was made in America in 1957. This typewriter is in good shape minus a few cosmetic flaws in the paint here and there. (especially on the left side of the typewriter) If you're looking for a typewriter to use heavily, then this is a great option. This machine is in fully functional condition, and really does type nicely. It's easy to use, and takes universal ribbons, so finding a replacement ribbon when the time comes will not be a challenge. The typeface is elite (slightly smaller than the standard) but it still types crisply. This typewriter also comes with the original instructions manual, a Smith-Corona cleaning brush, and some erasing sheets.
