Here's a very nice Royal Quiet Deluxe which was made right after the Second World War. This model was a very popular model, and in fact it was among Earnest Hemingway's favorites. This typewriter is in excellent shape, and can be used heavily and reliably despite how old it is. The nickel plating shines very nicely, and makes a great contrast between the dark grey crinkle paint. The case is slightly worn, but it still does its job as it should. When the time comes for a new ribbon, this model does use universal ribbons which are readily available and are for sale on this website. Overall, this is a great classic typewriter that is ready to be used frequently.
