Up for sale is a dark green Underwood Universal which was made in 1954. This typewriter is in great shape overall, although it isn't perfect cosmetically. Mechanically, this typewriter is in sound shape, and has no rust. Everything works as it should, and this typewriter is ready to be used heavily and frequently. When the time comes for a new ribbon, this machine does use the universal ribbons which are sold on this website. If you are in the market for a typewriter for frequent use but isn't exactly perfect cosmetically, then this is definitely a solid option.
