1933 Royal Model P
Up for sale is a shiny Royal Model P which was made in 1933. This typewriter never really had a specific name, so it's always been referred to as the "model P" because of the first letter in the serial number. This typewriter is in near mint shape both cosmetically and mechanically, and is fully functional right down to the bell. The glossy paint shines beautifully, and you will always find yourself wanting to polish it more. The label on the back of the machine is also in great shape with no wear, which is an uncommon sight. The only complaint on this machine is that the original leather handle must have worn off, so the previous owner crafted their own wooden handle, which although it works perfectly, it isn't original. This typewriter uses universal ribbons which are sold on this website when the time comes for a new ribbon. Surprisingly, this typewriter could be used relatively heavily despite its old age.
