Here's an awesome green Remington Quiet-Riter which was made in 1957. This typewriter is one of my personal favorites from the 50s, as it's a great machine to use. The only downside is that installing a new ribbon can be tricky since it can not use interchangeable spools. Instead, the ribbon must be thread into the "built-in" spools. Once you do it once or twice, it really isn't difficult. Some of the metal is lightly pitted, but otherwise the typewriter is in great shape cosmetically. I would definitely recommend this typewriter for heavy and frequent use, as this typewriter is a joy to write with.
