Up for sale is a beautiful Olympia SM7 which was manufactured in Western Germany in 1962. This typewriter is in a beautiful, and relatively uncommon blue and grey color. Overall, it is in great shape cosmetically and mechanically, however there is some surface rust in certain places if you look really closely (see all pictures.) Luckily this rust does not change the functionality of this machine, and everything is fully functional as it should be. This typewriter uses universal ribbons, so it is especially easy to keep writing. The SM7 is a very reliable typewriter for heavy use, and this machine is no exception. The carrying case is also in excellent shape with only little wear.
