Up for sale is a Royal Mercury which was made sometime in the late 1960s in Japan. This typewriter is in great shape overall, and is fully functional. The carrying case (lid) can be really hard to get off the typewriter, but it's possible if you are forceful enough. This typewriter is relatively basic, making it very small and lightweight. This Mercury can be used heavily, and it does use universal ribbons.
