Up for sale is a Royal Quiet Deluxe which was made in 1950. This typewriter is in great shape overall, although it is not 100% perfect cosmetically. It is fully functional and can be used heavily, however I would not use this machine as a complete workhorse. This typewriter has a few nice features such as touch control to adjust how hard you have to press the keys. In my opinion, everything about this machine is very ideal, which makes it extremely easy to operate and maintain. The ribbon reverse switch and ribbon color selector are right above the keyboard and couldn't be any easier to access and use. There aren't too many other levers on the carriage to confuse. If you're searching for a classic-looking machine to use a decent amount, then this is a good option.
