Up for sale is an awesome Olympia SM4 which was made in Western Germany in 1960. This typewriter is in near mint shape, although the case is pretty worn. Everything is working perfectly as it should right down to the bell. All of the chrome shines beautifully, and the paint is also in great shape overall. If you are an Olympia fan but don't like the looks of the SM9, then this is the machine you'd want. The mechanism is very solid and reliable, making this machine a great workhorse. It's very easy to use and maintain, especially since this machine uses universal ribbons which are sold on this site. This typewriter also comes with the original key and cleaning kit, which includes two brushes and an Olympia cloth.
