Here's a 1959 Smith-Corona Galaxie. This typewriter isn't the most beautiful, however it's one of the best machines to use for heavy writing. It's very easy to use and maintain, and it does use universal ribbons. Unfortunately it's missing the plastic carriage release lever handles on both sides of the carriage, however the metal "nub" can still be pulled and still works as a carriage release- just a bit harder to use without the handles. This typewriter is in fair cosmetic shape overall, however it's extremely ideal for frequent and heavy use. If you want a cheap and reliable machine, then this is one of the best for the money. The carrying case also comes with the key.
