1950s Remington Quiet-Riter
This is an awesome Remington Quiet-Riter/Miracle Tab typewriter made in the 1950s. It's one of the most popular typewriters of the 1950s, but for very good reason. The mechanism is very smooth and easy to work and type with. It's favorable for lots of heavy writing. The only thing making it a little tricky is getting a new ribbon. Instead of swapping interchangeable spools, you have to ditch the spools and thread the ribbon into the typewriter's "permanent" spools. It's easy to do if you've ever had experience re-threading ribbons before, but it can be quite tricky if you don't know what you're doing. Otherwise, this Remington Quiet-Riter is nearly perfect. This machine also comes with the key for the case.
