Here's a nice Olivetti Lettera 25 from the early 1970s. This typewriter was made in Spain. Out of all designs of typewriters, this one looks very futuristic compared to the average typewriter. The curves on this typewriter make it look nice. The mechanism is very reliable and efficient, and would be perfect for heavy use. This typewriter is very clean inside and out, and it shows. The case is a nice little thing that folds over. It doesn't have a latch, but the top half that folds over has a rectangle cut out, and it hangs on to the handle area. To open the case, just push back on the handle and lift up the top half of the case. This typewriter has a plastic body, so it's very light. It would be perfect for travel or bringing it out to type somewhere.
