1964 Facit TP1 (Senatorial Font)

This is an elegant Facit TP1 made in Sweden in 1964 (according to the serial number) This machine is in near mint condition, and types extremely smoothly. In addition to the typewriter and case, this machine also comes with the key, a very nice Facit cover, a "Facit TP1" card demonstrating finger position on the keyboard, and a piece of thick paper designed to teach touch typing (See pictures.)
This typewriter also types in Senatorial font (again, see pictures) which makes it a little more uncommon and desirable if you're a fan of the font. Originally selling for $109.50 back in the day, this typewriter is still one of high quality. If you want a reliable typewriter, this is one of the best options. This typewriter does not take universal ribbons, as the ribbon reverse and feeding mechansims are a little finicky and only take the original spools that came with it.
