Up for sale is nice little Smith-Corona Corsair Deluxe which was made sometime in the 1960s in England. This typewriter is in near mint shape overall, and is fully functional right down to the bell. This typewriter is ideal for children/teens, as well as anyone looking for a smaller-sized portable to travel with or type on the go. The Corsair Deluxe is not only small, but has a plastic body and lid, making it very light and easy to carry. Condition-wise, this typewriter is about as good as it gets. The turquoise paint has very few (if any) scratches or flaws. The chrome shines beautifully and there is no rust anywhere on or inside the machine. This typewriter is fully functional, and is a good typer for its small size. This would not be my first recommendation if you are looking for something to write a novel or something heavy on, however this typewriter would be great for writing daily notes or other smaller but frequent tasks. This typewriter is easy to use and maintain, however it does not use universal ribbons, so you'll either want to purchase a new ribbon with spools for the Corsair Deluxe, or re-thread the original spools as I did.
