This Underwood Portable, sold on October 4, 1934, is definitely a great typewriter. It works without any issues, and it's in great shape cosmetically. The small covers that go over the ribbon are missing, but it does tend to happen. This typewriter also comes with the original instructions manual, and the case of course, which is in pretty good condition and isn't worn all that much. While this typewriter does work without a doubt, I wouldn't suggest it to be used as a workhorse, but it would be able to handle the occasional urge to fill a page. If you're a fan of the pre-war typewriters like I am, then this would be an option worth considering.
