This Smith-Corona Galaxie Twelve in a duo-tone brown is a great machine. It's a reliable machine, and would be perfect for heavy use. It's in pretty great shape, and has no issues mechanically. The 12 inch carriage is handy if you prefer to type with the paper turned "landscape" or for larger sheets of paper. Otherwise, it's a pretty standard typewriter, and is easy to use and maintain. This machine takes universal ribbons, making it easy to find a new ribbon when the time comes.
