This beautiful Smith-Corona Super G is a greay machine, both in condition and esthetics. The Super G models were produced by Smith-Corona in the 1970s, but were designed by the car company Kharmann Ghia, thus leading to the racing stripe on the case. And that stripe isn't the only throwback to Kharmann Ghia's racing cars - this machine is also very lightweight and sleek, with a light touch requirement. The type bars fly up with little effort, and the entire typewriter is just an easy, fun machine to use. Every function is easy to engage. Cosmetically, the Super G model is also very playful. The sleek design is engaging, the chocolate brown color very appealing, and the racing stripe is a fun add-on. This specific machine has very little scratching in the paint, and remains in great condition. The largest esthetic flaw lies in the small chip missing from the coroner of the case. Luckily, the case still snaps into the typewriter as it was originally meant to and this chip does not hinder its function in any way. Overall, this is just a fun machine that'e both engaging and easy to use with a unique and interesting esthetic.
